Certification
We hold several certifications that speak to the quality of our skills and services at Primary Mechanical. We are certified to safely design, install, and test clean rooms, bio-safety, hoods, etc. for all of our industrial and pharmaceutical clients. These jobs are particularly detailed and nuanced — our experts deliver prime HVAC services to even the most complex of projects.
Air Balance Testing
We work closely with our testing experts to ensure accurate and clear results for air balance testing, with successful solutions. By using a series of sensors, monitors, and measuring apparatus, we take temperature and airflow measurements, and determine the necessary steps to achieve higher indoor air quality for healthier, fresher, and less contaminated air.
Water Balance Testing
Our in-network experienced professionals are equipped to conduct water balance testing for all types of systems and equipment. Water balance testing ensures all water flows are adjusted properly through balanced valves, securing equaled flow rates and consistent heating and cooling everywhere throughout the system – for safer and more efficient systems.
Comfort Balance
We regularly perform comfort balancing for clients. Through testing, we’re able to confirm proper functioning of all HVAC equipment components, test air delivery rates, and manage temperature and comfort control. We can check for drafts, determine physical testing results, and adjust registers and dampers to suit customer preferences.
